Full exhaust system ARROW MX COMPETITION with collectors in titanium and muffler titanium end cap in carbon fiber RACING for HUSQVARNA FC 450

Off-Road MX Competition exhausts are designed to make the technology for off-road races available on a standard after-market product: a new layout, components made using CNC machining technologies, top-level materials, top-quality processes in welding and assembling processes. Off-Road MX Competition exhausts are made with a collector pipe and silencer (the link pipe is normally welded to the silencer front cap). Junctions between the pipes are made using CNC-machined parts to achieve higher reliability and durability and a better sealing to prevent gas leaks. Exhaust structure ensures an easy fitment and reduction of vibrations. More, the layout allow to replace a damaged component without the need to replace the whole silencer.  Collector and silencer are made in titanium and all dimensions (diameters, lengths, changes of sections) are carefully designed to increase performance, reducing at the same time dimensions and weight. The collector is secured to the engine by means of a CNC-machined bushing (designed to avoid any interference on the flow of exhaust gases) and an aluminum flange.  The sections of the silencers used allow to reduce dimensions to achieve a better handling, these allow also a better use of the available volume to get excellent performance: use top-level sound-absorbing materials (developed under Arrow strict supervision) makes it possible to reduce noise level within the limits given by the international rules for races.
